These terms, together with any other notices on the website, govern your use of the this website and all the web stores of Value Add Games: shop.valueaddgames.com and valueaddgames.com/wolfwalkers (hereinafter online stores). Where you have chosen to access this website from outside Slovenia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that any are applicable.
General Terms and Conditions of online stores valueaddgames.com and subdomains (hereinafter: online store), both the terms of purchase and sale of products in the online store operated by Value Add Games d. o. o. (hereinafter: the provider), registered to conduct online sales.
The online store allows you to purchase products through the online address: shop.valueaddgames.com or valueaddgames.com/wolfwalkers and its subdomains. The company’s website address is www.valueaddgames.com.
General Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the applicable Slovenian legislation and the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). The General Terms and Conditions are publicly published on the website and thus permanently accessible on all pages of the online stores. The provider reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions in the online store at any time and without prior notice. The changes shall take effect upon their publication. All changes to the General Terms and Conditions are binding on the users.
You do not need to register to order a product in the online stores. The following information is necessary for a successful purchase: the buyer’s address or delivery address, mobile phone number, and the e-mail address where an order acknowledgement will be sent to.
By placing any orders through this website, you warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects; and
- you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
In the online stores it is possible to order products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We deliver products worldwide. The order can be placed by individuals only. Eligible legal entities please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can choose from all the published products. If a product is not in stock, send us an inquiry at email@example.com and we will notify you when it becomes available. Prices are valid until the publication of a new price list on the website. All product prices in the online store include 22% VAT. The provider may change the price without prior notice. The provider sells products; if the price is listed as free (0 €), this is an error on the website. The seller is not obliged to sell the product under this price. The products are delivered by the GLS. The price of the delivery cost is calculated at the checkout before the buyer completes the purchase.
The order becomes valid and irrevocable when the customer submits it (presses the “place order ” button) and receives an electronic notification from the provider about the successful placement of the order. It is not necessary to send an e-mail to confirm that the product is in stock or that the shipment has been sent. In the case of payment by proforma invoice or cash on delivery, the order will be confirmed and prepared no later than five working days after the order has been placed. When the buyer makes a transaction for the total amount of the order to the provided bank account of the provider, the payment is completed. 7 days are available for payment of the order according to the proforma invoice; if the payer does not pay at the time of the order, the bidder can cancel the order / contract.
If the product is out of stock or the order cannot be executed for other reasons, we will inform the buyer by sending an email notification.
The shop.valueaddgames.com website displays products with prices that include VAT. With a click on a customer product, select the product and then click the “Add to cart or (Pre)Order now« button. Shopping cart shows the products you choose to add in the shopping cart. Finish your order by clicking on the “Place order” button.
Enter the information we need for delivery. Then select the payment method. If you have a promotional coupon, enter it in the “Coupon code” field beforehand. The calculation of delivery costs is shown in the basket according to the total weight of the products.
If the order has been successfully completed, the text “Thank you. Your order has been received.” will be displayed on the website with a message about the accepted order with the details of the order.
The customer has the right to cancel the order two hours after placing the order. After this deadline, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
Changing the order
All desired changes related to the placed order can be communicated by sending a reply to the confirmation e-mail received when placing the order, or by contacting us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone , published in the foot of the store. We will take your request under consideration and if possible, try to make the change you are requesting.
All orders are kept in electronic form by the provider.
We may make it possible to order items through our website before we have them in stock (“Pre-Order Items”). When you order Pre-Order Items make sure you read Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT), but do not include delivery or postage costs. When buying, prices and discounts apply at the time of placing the order. The promotional prices valid at the time of purchase are automatically taken into account when placing the order and do not need to be specifically claimed. Special discounts in the form of a code valid at the time of purchase must be entered by the customer in the “Coupon Code” field, which is confirmed by clicking on the Redeem Coupon field. If, for any reason, the system does not take the promotional price or discount into account at the time of the final bill, the user must inform the provider in advance and request a correction of the invoice or the elimination of the price error. If the buyer pays the amount that was finally settled without a certain discount or special price, it is considered that he has implicitly (silently) accepted the price from the final invoice and cannot raise a subsequent objection with the bidder. Nevertheless, the provider may, depending on the individual circumstances, at its own discretion, decide to reimburse the buyer for the difference in price or issue a credit for future purchases in the online store.
We reserve the right to daily changes in product prices in the online store without prior notice.
5. DELIVERY AND POSSIBILITY OF PAYMENT
Delivery is performed by GLS (gls-group.eu)
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
The online store also offers payment option “cash on delivery” to the customer with delivery in Slovenia: the buyer pays the purchase price to the postal employee upon receipt of the goods in the amount specified in the basket (in €).
You will receive an invoice for the payment at the address you provided when placing the order.
6. DELIVERY DEADLINE
The delivery time of the order for products in stock is usually a maximum of 5 working days. If the products needs to be ordered and the delivery time is longer than 14 working days, the provider notifies the customer in advance by e-mail.
7. RETURN OF GOODS
The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which the goods were delivered. The money will be returned to the buyer in 14 calendar days after the seller accepts returned, undamaged goods.

The cancelation period shall begin on the day on which the consumer acquires actual possession of the goods.
The seller does not have to accept the goods and thus withdraw from the order (and consequently refund the purchase price) if the goods or their packaging are damaged or their quantity has decreased. A copy of the original invoice must be attached to the return of the goods. The buyer can return the goods by sending the item to the address of the provider below, whereby the costs of returning the goods are covered by the buyer.
In the case of replacement of goods that are not the result of a complaint, the buyer covers all costs associated with this, i.e., the cost of returning the goods, the cost of resending the goods, and any difference in price.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
We offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
This policy does not apply to missing puzzle pieces. If you are missing a puzzle you can write us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The buyer can send a complaint to the e-mail address: email@example.com. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint no later than 5 working days after the written notification of the buyer and inform them how the complaint handling procedure will take place.
9. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
In the event of errors in shipping or on the delivered goods, the buyer first contacts the seller directly, with a complaint. The seller then, at an appropriate time, given the nature of the problem, responds to the buyer by rejecting or confirming the complaint and offering possible solutions to the matter.
If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through an appeal, by mutual agreement, the court of appropriate jurisdiction in Slovenia shall have jurisdiction over the dispute.
Pursuant to Article 32 of the Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Act (ZIsRPS) Value Add Games, d. o. o., does not recognize the competence of ADR – Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution providers to resolve a consumer dispute that a customer may initiate in accordance with this Act. The seller does not take responsibility for any consequences in the use of the online store and its content. The seller strives to present the most accurate and up-to-date information, but does not exclude possible unintentional errors regarding prices, delivery times, product descriptions, etc. in the online store and assumes no liability or other liability for them. The seller respects conscientious and honest business practice and expects the buyer to review the final invoice before its payment and to warn the seller in advance in case of irregularities. The buyer is bound by liability for legal transactions that occur upon payment of the purchase price, thereby implicitly acknowledging the correctness of the final statement and the ordered goods. Product photos are symbolic and may not reflect the actual situation.
11. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The information provided by the user via the shopping cart, contact forms in the online store or in any other way (via e-mail, telephone, etc.) is confidential and is treated in accordance with the applicable Slovenian and EU legislation. The provider will protect this information and prevent their abuse. The seller will only use personal information for the purposes for which the user has given their consent.
Users can indicate that they wish to receive e-newsletters about news, relevant events, special offers, interesting methodologies, individuals involved in game creation and other interesting facts from around the world once a month or less. 12. DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE
By consenting to the storage, processing and transmission of personal data by participating in sweepstakes, subscribing to e-newsletters or making online purchases, the user allows Value Add Games, d. o. o., and to the contractual processor the processing and storage of transmitted personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. With the given consent, the user allows the company Value Add Games, d. o. o. to process the collected personal data as a personal data controller for the purposes of sampling, surveying and statistical data processing, to determine the use of services, to adjust the offer and segmentation, for market research, to inform about the offer, news and benefits, to send e-news and other advertising material of Value Add Games, d. o. o., and related business entities. We will not pass on the collected data to third parties.
The information provided by Value Add Games, d. o. o., and the contractual processor process for their own needs until the revocation of consent with a request to remove personal data from the database, otherwise only for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data were collected, and until the subscriber unsubscribes from the e-news, or until the operator ceases its activity on the market. During the management of personal data, the individual has the option to view and update the data in the database upon request.
